10–25 min — Core Principles: Structural separation; truth-in-advertising; repeatable process; “Our Truths”.
25–45 min — Four-Step Process (case study): Paid Consultation → Present Position → Final Plan → Ongoing Support.
45–55 min — Lessons & Privacy: Why disclosure alone is insufficient; privacy-by-design.
55–60 min — Q&A & Application: Implementing within an existing firm without losing objectivity. Ultimately, the goal is a less-conflicted client environment.
